Summer Fundraiser Launch

You are invited to participate in HOT OIL, M:ST’s annual fundraiser for the performative arts!

From July 1 to August 31 Alberta based artists, Alana Bartol and Maggie Flynn, will each spend one month dedicated to research and performance, sharing their work with participants and donors in support of the M:ST Performative Art Festival Society as well as their own artistic practices.

To donate and learn more about the artists and organization you will support, please visit our website.

HOT OIL Public Presentations:

Alana Bartol: Thursday July 27, 7:00 – 10:00 pm at Stride Gallery

Maggie Flynn: Sunday August 20, 2:00 – 4:00 pm at Stride Gallery

Both events are free and open to the public.

The M:ST Festival is the only biennial presentation of performative art in Alberta. Through our biennial festivals, workshops, publications, and artist talks, we are proud to have been a connector and incubator for regional, national, and international performative artists for 16 years!

While our next festival will occur in October 2018, your donation is an important contribution to our interim programming, ensuring that we can provide permanent yearlong support to our community, in conjunction with our festival. In return, for each donation you will receive a charitable tax receipt, a membership to M:ST, and exclusive documentation of the practice you support. Everyone wins! To donate and learn more about the artists and organization you will support, please visit our website.
