Terrance Houle (Canada) is an internationally recognized interdisciplinary media artist and a member of the Blood Tribe. Involved with Aboriginal communities all his life, he has traveled to reservations throughout North America participating in Powwow dancing along with his native ceremonies. Houle utilizes at his discretion performance, photography, video/film, music and painting. Terrance’s short video and film works were seen at Toronto’s 2004 ImagineNATIVE Film Festival winner of Best Experimental Film and 2004 ImagNation Film Festival (Vancouver) and the Calgary International Film Festival 2004. Terrance Houle lives in Calgary and is a founding member of Indigeneity Artist Collective Society.
